Well, you don’t have to read many posts here to see that I have kind of a lot going on in my life right now.. and not too much of it is really all that positive.

A week or two ago I mentioned my despise of the pathetic holiday music we are all subjected to this time of year in a post titles “Bah-Humbug”. While I still can’t stand 99.7% of it, I’m finding myself slightly less annoyed by with..

And tonight, a couple friends surprised me and stopped by my house.. and brought Christmas presents, ornaments, AND EVEN A TREE!!

Just when I was beginning to think i was seriously going to be Scrooge this year..

I still have a very long way to go before I can actually think about enjoying the holidays, but tonight was certainly a step in the right direction. Thank you Bryan and Erica. I am truly grateful.
