Thank GOD the trifecta of crappy holidays is almost over.. Thanksgiving, Christmas, only have New Years to get through, and let me tell ya… I can’t WAIT for it to all just be over and done with..

I’ve been invited to go to a few different “gatherings” for New years, and to tell you the truth, NONE of them even sound like much fun. I’m sure it’ll be alright once the beer and champagne start flowing, but most people that know me, know that I would generally prefer a nice quiet evening at home..

A rented out building, with 250 people (most of whom I probably won’t know, but will all be my best friends by the end of the night) just doesn’t sound that appealing to me.. My other options are of course to hit the smaller house parties I’ve been asked to go to, or to go hang out at the local pub. They’ll be open till 4 a.m., so maybe I’ll head there later.. Who knows..

I suppose whatever I end up doing will certainly beat sitting in an empty, quiet house on New Years Eve.. This house makes me insane..

So if I don’t write again before New Years, have fun, be safe, and see ya next year…

Gonna go grab my camera and head out to the woods.. Later..
