Changes..

As you have seen with the recent changes in the appearance and layout of my blog, I am making some changes. These changes will not be limited to just the appearance of the blog, but more importantly, to the content..

Feeling the need to get myself out of the slump I’ve been in lately, and my obvious lack of posts here recently, I’ve decided to make a change.

Until now, my blog has been, well, a bit depressing.. A place for me to basically vent, express what I’m feeling at times, and have some sort of outlet for my frustrations, stress, and pain.

No More..

While I’m sure I will occasionally rant and vent and complain, starting today I will be making a concerted effort to be more positive. To not concentrate on life’s problems (which honestly right now in my life are numerous), and to make RyanVelting.com a more enjoyable place to visit.

Thank you to everyone that frequents the site here, and for all of the comments you all have given me. I promise to make an attempt to be much more upbeat than I have been in the last few months..

    I am glad you are deciding to be more positive, but dont underestimate the healing power of talking about whats upsetting you. esp to ppl you dont know; it can be alot easier that way sometimes.

    im glad. i dont know what happened that has made you so sad, and you dont have to share, but just keep healing. we have all had bad things happen, so you will find someone who can help. sometimes its just that anonymous ear, other times its that magic piece of advice. my grandma once told me that God only gives us what we can handle. I remind myself of that every time life gets tough……
