I grew up playing the piano and the sax, but have always wanted to learn the guitar.. have never learned to play it, but often think about trying it..

What’s the closest you’ve ever been to a dangerous animal?
Well, lets see.. I’ve scuba dived with sharks, was almost eaten by a hippo along a river on the Serengeti in Africa. I killed a HUGE tarantula in the shower one morning with my sandal in Mombasa (east coast of Kenya). I once found myself 30 yards from a bear and her 2 cubs out in a field, with no protection other than a bow and arrow. Oh, and our truck was charged by a rhino in Kenya as well.. Nothing else is coming to mind…

To be eaten by a hyppo, really fits the game ! He would have had a nice feast but probably got away because you are not fat enough, lol !

Not sure if he actually would have eaten me.. but he was certainly pissed off and surfaced right next to me. I had hopped out onto some large rocks that extended into the river (being the National Geographic photographer wanna-be I was back then), and was crouched down taking pictures of a group of them out in the river. Suddenly one of them surface Right Next to me.. I jumped back as fast as I could, half fell in the water, and got out of there as fast as possible!! :]
