Ok, why is it that every friggin time I check my Gmail account I feel the need to cross my fingers and pray every time the page begins to load??
Google’s customized home page is great in theory. When it works, it works well. A customized starting page that allows me, with one click, to have access to the best and most powerful search engine currently available, view all of the custom news sources I chose to be shown, AND have instant access to my gmail account.. BUT, they seriously need to get their act together and fix the problems they’ve had since the launch of Gmail. Right now it sucks. Bad..
I have a dozen or so email addresses, and using mail forwarding, they all dump into my Gmail account. Perfect! I no longer have to waste 10-15 minutes logging into and out of all the separate email accounts whenever I want to check my mail. They magically appear in my Gmail box, or at least thats the way its SUPPOSED to work..
A while back I got the following error message when checking my Gmail:
“Gmail is temporarily unavailable. Cross your fingers and try again in a few minutes. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.”
HUH?? Cross my fingers?? Are you KIDDING me here?? I sat with my fingers crossed for nearly 4 hours before Gmail started working again..
Google, as far as I can tell, is the best search engine around, and the customized home page is great. But the constant outages I continue to experience with Gmail is just maddening, and it’s usually a daily occurrence.
Come on Google.. Fix it. Make it happen!
Am I the only one having these problems? Anyone else have a better solution? Let me know..
Stumble it!
