So tonight, Colts vs. the Bears. While I’m not a huge fan of either team, i guess I’d personally rather see the Colts win. Either way I’m just looking forward to a good game, time with friends at the Super Bowl party tonight, and of course, the ads.
Last years ads were decent with the FedEx Ad, the Budweiser: Superfan Ad, and my personal favorite, the Bud Light: Secret Fridge. Gosh that one is so freaking funny to me.
So, whichever team you’re pulling for, have fun, enjoy the commercials, and be safe..
Oh, and on a side-note, one of my all-time favorites, Billy Joel, is singing the national anthem. Can’t wait.. :]

Okay, I am not a football fan but I love Superbowl Sunday!@ I am sooo disappointed in the commercials..I laughed at the fan ad of Doritoes but I can not think of any others except the Oprah one. What did you think of Prince?

Personally? I think he had some great songs back in his day, but he just kinda creeps me out. Just a strange little man.
But thats just me…
Oh, and I must say that I’m very happy the Colts pulled it off tonight… :]

The only other commercial I remember right now is the Dog one.. Where the apparent “mut” is watching the dalmatian on the float in the parade.. A truck drives past, plashing mud on him, making him look “spotted”.. He then finds himself in the parade, having taken the place of the dalmatian.. Very cute..

I thought B.Joel did a great job w/ the anthem–he didn’t go all nuts trying to “make it his own”, like so many artists do. He just sang it…in his inimitable style!
